Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be accurate when providing account information and may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the player pool, exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages, automate gameplay, or disrupt the service for other users.

Content and trademarks

Player statistics are public-record facts presented as plain text. The game does not use player photos, school logos, or tournament marks. “Hardwood Vault” and its visual design are owned by the app owner. This game is not affiliated with the NCAA or any school.

Service availability

We strive to publish a new puzzle every day at midnight Eastern Time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features and the player pool may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

Hardwood Vault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
